How Membership works
Every client has a personal 12-month Membership Year. Complete an eligible journey and your Qualifying Spend begins building automatically.

Upgrades are immediate.
The moment your Qualifying Spend reaches a threshold, your new tier activates. There is no waiting until a review date.

Thresholds are cumulative.
You do not need to spend an additional £8,000 after reaching Silver, or an additional £20,000 after reaching Gold. The same £ counts once.

Your first year begins with your first journey.
The 12-month Membership Year starts on the date you complete your first eligible Vantage Lane journey.
Annual review
At the beginning of each new Membership Year, your Qualifying Spend starts again from £0. Your membership status does not automatically return to Vantage Member. Instead, you begin the new year at the status earned during the previous year — and have the full new year to qualify again.
No mid-year downgrades — status is protected throughout your Membership Year.
Silver, Gold or Platinum members keep their status and benefits until their annual review.
Your earned status remains active while you build Qualifying Spend.

From time to time, Vantage Lane may offer promotional codes for eligible bookings. Where a promotional code can be combined with your membership, your Member Rate is applied first — the promotional saving is then applied to the remaining eligible amount.
Only one promotional code may be used per booking.
If an offer cannot be combined with your Member Rate, we apply the best eligible rate available — your membership should never result in a less favourable outcome.
