Questions about membership.

No application, no fee. You become a Bronze member the moment your first ride is confirmed. Your tier updates automatically as your rolling 12-month spend moves through the thresholds — nothing to track on your end.

Every completed, paid booking you make within the past 365 days contributes to your tier calculation. The window rolls daily. Cancelled or refunded bookings are not counted.

You keep your current tier for 12 months after you first qualify for it — what's called a "soft landing." So if you reach Gold in January, you remain Gold until at least January the following year, regardless of spend fluctuations.

Ride credits are returned to your account shortly after each qualifying booking. Silver members receive £50 per £1,000 spent, Gold £100, and Platinum £150. Credits appear in your /account dashboard and are automatically applied to your next booking.

Platinum can be reached by spending £15,000 or more within a rolling 12-month period. It can also be extended by invitation — our team reaches out to clients we feel would benefit from the full Platinum experience.
