Who We Are

How We Use Your Data

To fulfil your booking

We process your data to facilitate, confirm and manage your booking, communicate with you about your journey, and provide support services.

For our legitimate interests

We may process data to improve our platform, detect fraud, ensure security, and manage our business operations, where our interests are not overridden by your rights.

To comply with legal obligations

We process data where required by law, including for tax, regulatory reporting and compliance with transport licensing requirements.

We will ask for your consent before sending marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.

05

Sharing Your Data

We may share your personal data with:

  • Operator Partners — to fulfil the transport booking
  • Payment processors — to handle payment securely
  • Technology and hosting providers — under data processing agreements
  • Analytics providers — where you have consented or the law permits
  • Legal and regulatory authorities — where required by law

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

06

Retention

We retain personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, or as required by law. Booking records are generally retained for [INSERT RETENTION PERIOD] years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

07

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [INSERT PRIVACY EMAIL]. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

08

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. [INSERT TRANSFER DETAILS IF APPLICABLE]
