The Vantage Lane wedding

Composed at the door. Quiet on the way home.

Section · 02 / The day, planned

Time is the only thing a wedding cannot recover.

We plan the wedding day backwards from the ceremony hour. The chauffeur arrives early by design, leaves on a margin, and never lets the photographer wait.

T − 60m

Pre-ceremony

Vehicle prepared and waiting at the bridal address — quietly, ahead of time.
T 00m

Ceremony arrival

Drop-off windowed to the venue, the photographer and the hour itself.
T + 30m

Photo & transition

Available for portrait stops or held discreetly off-frame, as instructed.
T + 90m

Reception

Coordinated with the wedding planner, with parking and timing handled in advance.
Late

After-hours return

Standby until the couple is ready — unhurried, unannounced, ready to leave.

Section · 03 / Service shapes

Four ways to handle a wedding, quietly.

Each is a service shape, not a fixed package. Tell us your day and we’ll match the right arrangement.

01

The Bridal Day

A single, dedicated chauffeur with the couple from address to ceremony, photos and reception.

  • ·Dedicated chauffeur for the wedding day
  • ·White-ribbon presentation on request
  • ·Champagne and bottled water in cabin
  • ·Photographer-aware positioning

Best for

Couples who want one car, one chauffeur, one quiet rhythm.

02

The Wedding Party Convoy

Multi-vehicle coordination for bridal party, parents and immediate family with a lead chauffeur.

  • ·Lead chauffeur as single point of contact
  • ·Synchronised arrival windows
  • ·Per-guest pickup mapping
  • ·Quiet handover between cars

Best for

Larger ceremonies with bridesmaids, groomsmen and family travelling together.

03

The Guests’ Arrangement

Shuttle planning between hotel, ceremony venue and reception — timed around the day, not the clock.

  • ·V-Class fleet for guest movements
  • ·Wedding-planner liaison
  • ·Hotel pickup and return mapping
  • ·Late-night standby for departures

Best for

Couples who want guests handled without a single phone call from the floor.

04

The Wedding Weekend

Retainer across rehearsal dinner, wedding day, brunch and onward travel — a single chauffeur house for the entire weekend.

  • ·Multi-day chauffeur retainer
  • ·Rehearsal-dinner and brunch movements
  • ·Honeymoon airport transfer
  • ·Single concierge throughout

Best for

Couples treating the weekend itself as the occasion.

“A wedding is not a long day. It is a short one, asked to hold a great many small moments without dropping any.”

Section · 06 / Considerations

The small things, on a day that allows none.

Discretion is the brief. Punctuality is the proof. Everything else is the rhythm of the day — and our share of it is to keep it.

  1. 01

    Punctuality, planned in reverse

We work backwards from the ceremony hour — then leave a margin around it, every time.

  2. 02

    Vehicle presentation

Detailed for the day. White ribbon on request. The car is not the centrepiece, but it should never let it down.

  3. 03

    Dress and flowers

Cabin protected, doors held, train preserved — the chauffeur knows the difference between a step and a flourish.

  4. 04

    Photographer-aware

Composed in frame, invisible out of it. We do not chase the camera, and we do not block it.

  5. 05

    Multi-vehicle coordination

A single lead chauffeur as your point of contact, with the rest of the convoy moving on the same plan.

  6. 06

    After-hours discretion

Standby until the couple is ready. No theatre at the door, no hurry on the way home.
