Do you monitor flights for delays?
Yes. We track your commercial flight number from departure. Early holds, late gates, and diversions are absorbed by dispatch — your pickup time is adjusted silently within operational limits.

How much free wait time is included?
60 minutes from touchdown at international arrivals, 30 minutes for domestic. After that, time is billed in 15-minute increments at the agreed hourly rate. Most clients never see an additional charge.

Is meet & greet included?
Yes — at no extra cost. Your chauffeur waits in arrivals with a discreet name board and assists with luggage to the cabin. Curbside pickup is available on request when you prefer to skip the meet.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 6 hours before your scheduled pickup with no charge. Within 6 hours, the dispatch fee applies. We never charge for cancellations caused by airline-side disruption.

Are child seats available?
Yes. Rear-facing infant carriers, forward-facing seats, and high-back boosters are available at no extra cost when requested at least 4 hours in advance. Compliant with UK Group 0+, 1, 2 and 3.

Are tolls, parking, and the airport drop-off fee included?
Yes. The price you see at quote stage includes all London airport drop-off fees, ULEZ where applicable, and parking for meet & greet. No surprises at the destination.

How do I pay — and do you offer corporate billing?
Personal trips are charged to a saved card after completion. Corporate accounts receive monthly consolidated invoices, VAT-compliant, with custom cost centres and traveller-level reporting.

Can I book multiple stops or multi-leg itineraries?
The online quote handles point-to-point and a single intermediate stop. For multi-leg routes, day-rates, or chauffeur-by-the-hour, contact dispatch — we will tailor the itinerary directly.
