Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup for standard bookings. Same-day airport transfers have a 3-hour cancellation window. Modifications (time, destination) are free at any point before dispatch.

Does my driver track my flight if it is delayed?
Automatically. We monitor your flight number in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts their arrival time accordingly — you are never charged waiting time for delays outside your control.

Is meet-and-greet included at the airport?
Yes, included as standard on all airport transfers. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board, assists with luggage, and escorts you to the vehicle. No extra charge.

When do I pay — now or on the day?
Payment is taken securely at the time of booking. You receive an instant confirmation and receipt. No cash, no card machine on the day. For corporate accounts, monthly invoice billing is available.

What vehicles are available?
Our fleet includes the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, E-Class, V-Class (for groups), BMW 7 Series, and Range Rover. All vehicles are late-model, fully valeted, and maintained to manufacturer standards. You choose your class at booking — and on request, we can arrange a Rolls-Royce or Bentley.

Do you operate outside London?
Yes. We cover all of England. Long-distance city-to-city transfers (London → Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh) are available, as well as day-rate chauffeur hire for touring and multi-stop itineraries.
